Pretty persuasion

I typed out a whole rambling post tonight and it didn't make any sense. What I actually meant to say was as follows: having a gay family member is much harder than most people realize. It puts a lot of strain on everyone around you. And that's fine, because in an ideal world, there would be no strain from people just being normal. But I think for a lot of people who haven't had to experience this, it's a lot easier said than done.
